In this fast-paced world, people struggle to find joy in daily life. In spite of advancement in technology and their comfortable lifestyle, many people feel mentally drained, disconnected emotionally, and constantly stressed. But these are happening? I have tried to find the reasons behind this. So far my little knowledge, some of the reasons are mentioned below:

  2. Constant worrying: People face struggles in their daily lives about their financial problems, concern for health for self and family and social pressure make it difficult to enjoy their happy moments.
  3. Digital attraction: With the innovation of various digital gadgets, people are engaged and rely on social media for some entertainment which ultimately leads to comparison to their colleagues/neighbors, anxiety, and dissatisfaction.
  4. Suppression of emotion: In this modern society, people can not express their joy, laughter, or even sadness causing people to hide their emotions instead of releasing them.
  5. Lack of playfulness: Most adult people forget how to laugh, play, and enjoy small things, leading to a monotonous, joyless routine.
